Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from the people you love, or stuck in cycles that just don’t work anymore. Maybe you’re in a relationship that needs help with communication and building a deeper level of connection. When you carry a lot of anxiety or a lack of self-confidence, it is hard to show up for yourself and the people you love. You may have racing, intrusive thoughts, or find it hard to feel motivated, which prevent you from living the life you want. You want things to feel different, but it’s hard to know where to start. You don’t have to carry this alone.

In our work together, we’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface to understand what helps you feel more grounded and cared for. There’s no need to rush; we’ll move at your pace, one step at a time. My hope is that you’ll leave therapy feeling in touch with your true self, able to care for yourself without guilt, and connected to the people who matter most.

I support individuals, couples, and families in creating more balanced and connected relationships with themselves and with each other. I will take time to get to know you and build trust, so when we get to the deeper stuff, we can work through it gently and effectively. I can help you cultivate space, grace, and curiosity for what you have been through, to shift from self-blame to self-compassion, and build confidence in the choices you make for yourself. If you are in a relationship and are ready to put in the work to show up for each other, I can help you slow down and map out the difficult emotions so you can feel a safe, strong emotional connection and communicate openly. Reaching out can feel like a big step, but it can also be the first step toward real change. If you’re ready to feel more supported, understood, and connected, I’d be honored to work with you.

A bit about me: I’m originally from Trinidad and Tobago and now call Austin home. I studied Psychology and Communication Studies in Toronto and earned my Master’s in Counseling at St. Edward’s University. In my personal time, I enjoy being with my family, volunteering with a nonprofit inspired by my son, and recharging by the water or catching up with friends.
